We were in need of a builder to do our recent renovation for our family home. We chose Diverse Builders to do the project and were fortunate to have Dave as our project manager. A 1930’s home which we wished to change to make it function better for our family. However it was important to us to have the new build fitting seamlessly with the rest of the house and retain the character as best we could. It was a large job, removal of walls, kitchen, open fireplace, windows and doors. Then re-building with new wooden joinery, kitchen, dining area and new fireplace complete with brick surrounds, saved from the demolition. During the build, Dave was honest, reliable and approachable. He informed us of the dates for various contractors and kept us abreast of what was happening during the build. Whilst we came across some issues due to the nature of the build, Dave was brilliant at providing suitable ideas or solutions that were cost effective and actually worked well for how we wanted our end product to look.
